Dear members of the worm community,
I have an IFAT result showing staining at the ends of the gut (mouth/pharynx
and rectum). I need a permeabilisation control showing staining in gut and/or
gut contents. Have tried contacting G. Francis and R. Waterstone (see C.
elegans: modern biological analysis of an organism) but get no reply.
Therefore: does anyone have such an antibody that they could send me a
small aliquot ? (Otherwise will have to use phalloidin ie anti-actin
- but don't
know relative permeabilities).
