I'm trying to stain worms with anibodies against mh27 (adherens
junctions) and map kinase 1. They both origin from mouse so i have a
hard time defining between them. I have an mh27-gfp strain but I haven't
succeeded in ataining against mpk-1 without damaging the gfp-staining.
Is one of you good people know papers containing mapk antibody fixation
and staining and if anyone has tried doing it on a gfp background?
