I am looking for a strain with an integrated GFP array that has the
following properties. If you have such a strain or know of such, please
contact me.
1. The array should be in an otherwise wild-type (N2) background, with no
other marker for the array other than GFP.
2. The strain should have normal growth rate and brood size and have
no morphological or locomotory defects (i.e. be indistinguishable from N2
other than the GFP).
3. The GFP should be easily visible under a dissecting scope.
4. The GFP should be expressed in all animals (completely penetrant) and
have 100% transmission to progeny.
Thank you,
