Hello all,
Is there anyone who has tried Clonetech pDsRed1 in C.elegans ? Was
anybody able to
create the red fluorescence in C. elegans ? We recently converted a
successfull C.elegans
pEGFP reporter to the dsRED reporter and failed to see any red emission
in the worm.
Is there any experience comparable to this ?
