I am a postdoc. working in non-wrom background Lab. Recently I identyfied
and characterized a phophalipase homologe in C.elegans and it might also
exist in germline because it was first found in testis.
I meet a problem in doing in situ hybridization with whole mount C.elegans.
most time I do the in situ , the result is not very consistant.

To publish this paper soon, I am looking for some people who is skill at in
situ hybridization techneque to cooperate with.

Any one who would like to help will be highly apprecitaed and be a auther of
this article.
