Proteins in the Golgi
I would like to identify a protein that I think is associated with the
Golgi. Does anyone
have any experience isolating proteins that could be used in a western
assay. I have an
antibody that was hard to obtain. If anyone knows of any matters that I
should be
concerned with let me know. Your information will be helpful.
