I've tried to access the C. elegans Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Data
at St Louis but can't seem to open the sequence read files after they've
downloaded. What do I need to view these files? Are there other web-based
databases of sequence variation (we're interested in small deletions &
insertions as well as SNPs) between N2 & natural isolates such as CB4856?
