C. elegans as a model of muscle hypertrophy?

Hi all,

I am interested in the molecular mechanisms associated with the
adaptation of muscle to increased contractile activity/load.  Does
anyone know of a group presently doing such work?  Any information would
be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
