There are various data sets for gene finding for C. elegans at
http://www.sanger.ac.uk/Projects/C_elegans/genefinding/genefinding_resources.shtml
Better and larger data sets could now be made. If anyone has such a
set and wants to make it publicly available I would be very happy to
add it to this web page, with full attribution.
