I have a GFP reporter that has localized expression around the gut.
However the auto-fluorescence of the gut granules makes it hard to
distinguish. If anyone has any suggestion on how I can quench the
auto-fluorescence in the gut or know of any other way that I can get
around this problem, please let me know.
