POSTDOCTORAL POSITION
Cellular mechanisms of human neurodegenerative diseases
A 2-year postdoctoral position is available starting February 2002 to
work in the Laboratory of Genomic Biology in Paris on the pathogenesis
of human neurodegenerative diseases by using a combination of
comparative biology in the nematode C. elegans and validation assays in
mammalian model systems and humans. The candidate will be proposed to
evaluate cellular mechanisms that may be common effectors in several
diseases, among which Huntington=92s disease. There is no restriction on
the citizenship of applicants. A strong background in molecular biology
and cellular neurobiology is desirable. Previous experience in C.
