A Group Leader Position is available at the Wellcome/CRC Institute,
University of Cambridge

The Wellcome/CRC Institute was founded in 1989 to promote research in
the areas of developmental and cancer biology. The Institute is
located close to the centre of Cambridge and will move to a new
building on an adjacent site in Autumn 2003.

We are now seeking to appoint a new Cancer Research Campaign funded
Group Leader. We particularly wish to complement our existing
strengths in cell and molecular biology (see www.welc.cam.ac.uk for
further details).

Applicants should send a full Curriculum Vitae, a brief outline of
research interests and the names of three referees to: Professor Jim
Smith, Wellcome/CRC Institute, Tennis Court Road, Cambridge, CB2 1QR,
UK. Tel: 01223 334133, Fax: 01223 334134, email: jim at welc.cam.ac.uk.

Informal enquiries can be made to any member of the Search Committee:
Julie Ahringer, Steve Jackson, Tony Kouzarides, Jon Pines, Jim Smith
and Daniel St Johnston.

The deadline for applications is 17th December 2001.

The University is an equal opportunity employer.
