IPTG in agarose

Hi there,

We need to grow nematodes on agar plates with dsRNA-producing bacteria and
induce them with IPTG.
Can anyone confirm for me that IPTG is stable enough to be mixed in with hot
agar? Otherwise I guess we just add to the cold plates and let it diffuse
into the gel.
