Hello Everyone,
I would like to try to use Quiagen purified YAC's for transformations
rescue experiments.
Does anyone have experience with YAC's purified with Quiagen genomic
tips, positive or
negative? I would appreciate any short report on succesful or
unsuccessful rescue. Also,
I'd be happy to repost the combined results of this little survey.
