Howdy,
I am looking for a line carrying any integrated, multi-copy transgene
array that is known to be integrated into the X chromosome. I would
prefer a line in which the array doesn't carry rol-6/pRF4 (I would
like to use it in male crosses), but I realize such lines are
probably rare, and beggars can't be choosy. The originating array
needs to be high-copy to facilitate its marking by FISH. Any
strains, or leads anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated (and
may count as bonus points in the afterlife-- who knows?).
