Freezing in Liquid Nitrogen

In our lab we freeze C.elegans in liquid nitrogen using the method
described in: The nematode Caenorhabditis elegans, William B. Wood, Cold
Spring
Harbor Laboratory, 1988.
If you have problems getting a copy, poste again and I will translate my
german copy for you.
