Hi,
Some days ago, I sent a question about GFP antibodies for IP and western.
I received only one reply directly answering the question from Morris Maduro.
>I was told by another laboratory here (that do not study C. elegans)
>that the Quantum 3E6 monoclonal worked very well, while Clontech's did not
>work at all. In the Rothman lab, we only tried the Clontech reagent when
>attempting IPs from C. elegans embryos, and were not successful. We
>actually haven't tried 3E6 on worms.
>Regards,
>Morris
