Dear colleagues,
I wonder does anyone has constructed a C. elegans expression vector with
something like a GST- or HIS-tag for protein purification.
We have a lot of trouble with heterologous expression of correctly
folded C. elegans proteins. Our idea is to try a homologous expression
with a strong promoter and an integrated purification tag.
If there are any know-how it would be great to get an information.
