Hi,
I'm trying to perform in situ hybridisation on larval and
adult C. elegans, but I have had no success with my protocol. I
am using the method reported in Kimber et al. (2002) Int. J.
Parasitol. on Globodera pallida. This protocol has also worked
on Panagrellus redivivus genes.
Is there any reason why this particular protocol would not work
in C. elegans but would work in the (theoretically) similar P.
redivivus?
Can anyone point me towards a protocol that works in adult worms?
