I am trying to isolate C. elegans from soil here in New Jersey. I
have tried a few different microhabitats, but so far have found none.
Does anybody know of any soil types, microhabitats or locations where
they are likely to occur (e.g. sandy soils, wet areas, forest floor
etc.)? Any tips are appreciated.
