Hi,
I'm attempting to use three-factor mapping to localize a gene to a
specific region on Chromosome 2. Does anyone know of any two good
markers I could use together that would allow me to do this? One of
my mutants is slightly dpy and slightly rol, so I would prefer to
have non-rol and non-dpy markers for this mutant. For the other two,
I just need two well-mating and easily scorable markers. I am having
a very difficult time finding good ones. Thanks in advance!
