We are thinking of buying either a Helios gene gun or a biolistic
PDS-1000/He unit (with Hepta adaptor) from Bio-Rad for making
transgenic lines by bombardment. Most people seem to have the
latter. Does anyone have experience of both (or of another system),
or have strong views on which is best? Any info will be gratefully
received and reported back.
