Hi all. We're preparing to use dpy-20 for a transgenic marker. In the
CGC description for the dpy-20 strains, it makes a brief mention that the
mutants are cold-lethal, but i haven't yet seen any evidence for this
(both ps99 and cb1282 seem relatively fine at 15 degrees.) Has anyone
established a temperature that it actually is lethal at, or is this just
some archaic misinformation? thanks for any leads..
