Hello
I am working on understanding the protein folding of an essential
protein, called biotin ligase in bacteria and holocarboxylase
synthetase in mammalian and animal systems. I am currently interested
in isolating the cDNA for this gene from C. elegans for
complementing some E. coli mutants that I have. The gene is about
3.1kb long. As I have no experience whatsoever on C. elegans, I was
wondering if there is anyone who would be willing to provide me with
a cDNA or mRNA library of C. elegans or if there are any cell lines
of C. elegans that I can use for mRNA isolation.
Thank you!
