Hi Gidi,
That's a big question, and really depends on exactly what you ask for.
You could ask for how many genes have evidence of being real (i.e. of
being transcribed) and that would be about 12,000 (I can give you more
exact figures if you like).
You could also ask for how many genes have RNAi phenotypes or expression
patterns etc.
Depends on the question...whatever that question is you can get an answer
from WormBase though.
