?Dear all,
We routinely isolate deletion mutants using TMP/UV. Our procedure is
"lab-base", and may not be suitable for genome-wide project. Once we decide
to knock out a particular gene, we are able to recover a deletion mutant in
two weeks by screening our frozen library.
