Is there a reliable protocol for fixing, permeabilizing and
immunostaining dauers?
Ominously, the newsgroup archives contain several instances of this
question being asked, but none that I found of it being answered. It
seems this is a case where negative results would be of use. Anybody
want to share what they've tried that hasn't worked?
And if you HAVE made it work, please don't be bashful!
