POSTDOCTORAL POSITION

Using C. elegans Embryos to Explore
Mechanisms in Cell and Developmental Biology

Postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Bob
Goldstein at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. The
laboratory uses diverse techniques to study mechanisms in cell and
developmental biology. Postdocs in the lab work on projects that are
primarily of their own design. Projects that further develop current
lines of work in the lab, or ones that address other interesting
questions, would be suitable -- so long as the laboratory is
well-equipped for the planned work.

Chapel Hill has a terrific scientific environment and is a great
place to live. The lab is very interactive, as is the floor that we
are on, which is filled with bright cell biologists and excellent
equipment for live imaging of cells.

Independent, highly motivated applicants should contact Bob as early
as possible to discuss their ideas for projects. Please also forward
a CV and names of three references to:
