Has anyone had success at creating a continuous or sub-continuous C.
elegans population in liquid culture (ie. constant population
maintained by balanced media imputs and outputs)? I think this is
also know as a chemostat in the bacteriology world. I'm not exactly
sure where to begin working on this, so any help is appreciated.
