C.elegans fosmid library described in WBG 14(4): 14 (Oct 1, 1996)?

In Worm Breeder's Gazette 14(4): 14 (October 1, 1996) fosmid libraries
for both elegans & briggsae were described. Does anyone know if these
low-copy genomic clone libraries still exist?
