Hi! Does anyone out there use the affymetrix C. elegans genome arrays?
If so, I'm looking for a complete array genome file, and am hoping that
someone out there might have already put one of these together for the
affy chip. Affymetrix does provide a "genome" file for the c. elegans
chip, but it is so far from being complete that it is almost useless.
