I am in the process of growing a staged culture of C. briggsae. I want
to duplicate the 12 hour plate collection procedure used by Hill et al
(2000). Does anyone know if this is appropriate for C. briggsae too, or
does it develop faster/slower so that I will not get the same
developmental stages at 12, 24 26 hours etc.
Does C. briggsae develop significantly faster/slower than C. elegans
when cultured on NGM/OP50 plates at 25C?
