I am working on developing image processing techniques for analyzing
C.elegans neuron development with a group in computer science. To aid
in our research, I am trying to collect raw data files of confocal
stacks from images of C.elegans neurons
If anyone would you be willing to share their data with us, we would be
happy to share our results with anyone who is interested. Again, the
data is only going to be used to test image processing techniques that
we are developing.
