Hi everyone. I'm interested in miniprepping some HT115 RNAi bacteria
in order to re-transform the plasmids. I seem to find occasional info
about not miniprepping this strain, but i've never seen any
information saying why. Is there some problem with miniprepping dna
from this strain, and if so is there some way around it? i'm not
looking for any kind of great yield or anything, i'm just trying to
clean up the RNAi strains before using them (we seem to have some kind
of contamination that is proving difficult to get rid of). Thanks for
any information!
