Other Carrier DNA used in Complex Arrays???

Hello,

I am writing to find out if anyone has used any other form of (easily 
obtainable) complex DNA other that N2 genomic (like yeast etc.) to 
successfully form complex arrays that express in the germ line?

Any suggestions would be helpful.
