hello,
I am trying to develop a C. elegans genetics lab for undergrads. My
question is, for those of you who have done this already, how do you
deal with the lifecycle being 5 days @ 15C if the lab is run on a 7 day
weekly cycle? can you stick the worms at 4 degrees for a day or two to
slow them down enough w/o affecting viability?
