Hi, I'm trying to compile a protocol for Indirect Immunofluorescence (GFP)
for GABA in c elegans. I'm under the impression that collagenase treatment
is required for this anti-sera. However, I'm not very familiar with this
type of treatment. On sigma, collagenase IV is varied, as well as somewhat
expensive. I was wondering if anyone had tips on the standards for
ordering collagenase IV, as well as any protocols for this type of
treatment.
Thanks,
