Dear all
We are having what we suspect an unespecific intestine GFP labelling
when using pPD95.77 vector from Fire´s collection.
We have heard rumors that this unespecific signal might come from the
unc-54 3´-UTR included in the vector.
We plan to remove this 3´-UTR and incorporate the 3´-UTR of our gene of
interest.
Does anyone know of any pPD95.77 variant (or 75, 79, 81 depending on
the frames) with the unc-54 3´-UTR removed and thus ready for inserting
our own 3´-UTR?
