[Celegans] About neuromutant worms' behaviour? (layman's question)

Hello.:)
I am a layperson and I have a question:
Is it possible to breed a worm with more than usual number of neurons,
and how this will influence his behaviour? Will such a worm become
"cleverer"
than normal worms (maybe he will get more memory and will remember
things normal worms forget)? I've glanced over some articles in
"wormbook",
everything I understood is that neuronal mutants are possible.
Thank you very much. Spasibo.
