[Celegans] microinjecting chemical compounds

I'm relatively new to C. elegans and I am interested in introducing
small hydrophobic chemicals into the worm. I was wondering if anyone
had any experience or suggestions for trying to microinject compounds
into worm tissues. Are some tissues better than others? If I inject
a high concentration into the gonad, is it possible some amount of the
compound would still be present in an adult worm, or should I try to
target specific cells in the adult?

Any input would be fantastic.
