To whom it may concern,

I teach high school biology on Long Island, NY.

School is starting soon. I have some students interested in diabetes.

At the end of last school year they decided that this year they would like

to study an aspect of diabetes using worms?

They found some papers on C. elegans as a model for glucose metabolism and age reduction.

I do not know if there are worms that mimic chemically or physically symptoms of diabetes and associated

sugar metabolic conditions.

Would anyone out there in worm world be willing to correspond with me as I have some questions to ask about

worms in the classroom

Thanks
