I would greatly appreciate any information, your considerations and
suggestions on quantitative determination of acetyl phosphate (AcP) in
biological samples using HPLC.
I need to know:
- what king of column/sorbent can be used in principle,
- what might be a liquid phase,
- stability of AcP in solution,
- sample preparation and treatment to preserve AcP,
... etc. ...
I believe those who have sufficient experience in separation of various
compounds by HPLC could easily consider possible ways to analyze acetyl
phosphate. Maybe someone determined AcP in his lab?
Thank you in advance.
