Lecturer in Geophysics - The University of Liverpool
The Department of Earth Sciences at The University of Liverpool invites
applications from candidates with expertise in any field of geophysics, but
especially from those who will complement one or more of the existing
departmental strengths in, microseismology, mantle structure and process,
geomagnetism and palaeomagnetism, geodynamics, basin dynamics, and physics
of magmatic processes. The appointee will be encouraged to pursue his/her
own research, assist with undergraduate teaching and contribute to
appropriate areas of departmental research and administration.
The post is available from 1 October 1997 (or as soon as possible
thereafter) for 3 years, renewable annually.
