In fisheries research, too much is said about "potential resources" in
relation to "traditional or conventional resources", however, which =
criteria
could be used to define the characteristics for a resource to be =
classified
as "potential" or conventional"?
Do you know some written reference to this topic, or do you have your =
own
opinion?
