I'm a 3rd year Marine Biology student (4 year degree) at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth and I'm considering taking part in the " year in employment " scheme. My main interests in the field are deep sea research and polar ecology, unfortunately no information is provided in these areas through my department so any help from people who specialise in this area would be greatly appreciated.
If you are familiar with any projects that are willing to offer a place in the deep sea research area to a student, preferably for the year but not essential, and no matter how menial, I would be extremely grateful for any information.
