having once spent five years of my life devloping good tests for some of
these analytes, I'll "me too" Bryan's statement. To make a good test will
take a lot of time, and you must perform some painstaking titrations to get
good performance from your raw materials. I'd recommend going for a
commercial assay unless you have a lot of experience of immunoassay design
and standardisation.
Somehow though I have the feeling that if you had the experience required,
you probably wouldn't be asking for help.
