Dear all,
I am working on a project for the development in dry reagent strip. NC
and Nylon membrane was used as the reagent layer which contain the
enzymes/chromogens react with the analyte to generate the colour change
that will be proportional to the amount of the analyte in sample being
analysed. My main problem is that the colour formed in the reagent layer
appeared unevenly so that no consistent results can be obtained. Does
anyone who have the experience in development of dry diagnostic reagent
strip can offer me some help or advice ??
