Subject: Request for Leishmania genoomic DNA for PCR positive control

Greetings every one:

I am a Clinical Microbiology Fellow in Microbiology at the Univeristy of
Texas Southwestern Medical Ceneter at Dallas. I am trying to set up a
project involving Leishmania PCR. I have everything set up except for
positive control. Would any one be so kindly generous to provide me with
some Genomic DNA from the L.dononvani complex? I am trying to PCR the
Lmet2
gene.

Your assistance will be G-R-E-A-T-L-Y appreciated!

THANK-YOU.
