Subject: Antibody interactions
We have come across a curious phenomenon when making cocktails of
monoclonals. Two of our mab/Alk.phos conjugates which detect Potato
Virus A
pick up an isolate of this virus individually in ELISA. However when a
mixture of the two conjugates is used we cannot detect this isolate. Any
ideas of what is going on?
