We're trying to assay antioxidant enzyme activities in grape foliage and
the activities we're measuring are very low. Leaf soluble protein
levels we're measuring in grape are about 25% of that for other species
from the same experiment using the same methods. Has anyone out there
done any leaf biochemistry in grapes? Has anyone seen a reference for
leaf biochemistry in grapes?
